Our commitment
I follow the WCAG 2.1 standard at level AA, as well as the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). I see accessibility as an ongoing task, not a one time state. This page is therefore reviewed and improved on a regular basis.
Already in place
- A clear, consistently structured navigation with visible keyboard focus
- High contrast between text and background
- Alt text for all images that carry meaning
- A semantic structure of headings, lists and regions that screen readers read correctly
- Full keyboard operability, including expandable areas like the frequently asked questions
- A mobile friendly layout that adapts to font size and zoom level
- Respect for the system setting for reduced motion, so animations can be turned off when needed
- Buttons and links with sufficiently large click and tap targets
Known limitations
Some embedded third party content, for example the booking calendar, is outside my direct control. If you run into a barrier there, please get in touch, and we will find another way together, for example scheduling by email or phone.
Report a barrier
If you come across a barrier on this website, I would like to hear about it. Please describe as briefly as possible where the problem occurs and which device or assistive technology you are using. I usually reply within two business days.

Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the responsible arbitration body. For private providers in Germany, this is the arbitration body under the Accessibility Strengthening Act at the Market Surveillance Authority of the German federal states for the accessibility of products and services (MLBF).
